There’s something in the air.

Discover the power of your breath as the ultimate tool for physical, emotional & mental wellbeing.

Our state of being is both reflected & affected by our breath pattern, yet many of us go through life without giving it much attention. By combining ancient knowledge with scientific understanding we can harness the breath to break the cycles of our past, meet the challenges of our present and take the reins of our future in vitality, resilience & autonomy.

We are pulsating in cycles of charge and release, expansion & integration, powered by the breath.

What does a breathwork session involve?

Breath

Through the breath we can bring underlying stresses to the surface for conscious re-processing & deep dive into healing rest.

Awareness

The breath is the doorway between the conscious & subconscious while awareness or ‘felt sense’ is the key.

Movement

Stuck energy in the muscles & tissues can be unlocked with natural movement, bioenergetics, tremoring & more.

Bodywork

Conscious touch & bodywork can be used at all levels to bring localised awareness and assist with the movement of energy.

Sound & Vibration

We are made of cells, made of atoms, made of particles - which are vibrating energy or waves in the same form as sound.

Safe Space

A safe space is paramount for the process since the nature of this work requires us to enter a vulnerable state.

Release Processes

Tears, laughter, tremoring, vocal expression, bubbling, temperature shifts, pins & needles etc. all indicate energetic release.

Testing & Biofeedback

Breathing affects heart rate, HRV, brainwave activity, blood pressure and oxygen & CO2 levels which can be monitored over time.

“Our breathing is the only system in the body that is both completely automatic and also under our control. That is not an accident of nature, not a coincidence. That is an opportunity, an invitation, to take part in our own nature – our own evolution.”

— Dan Brulé

How could breathwork benefit me?

Increase Energy

Maximise oxygen delivery to our cells for optimal energy production & endurance.

Lower Stress

Regulate the nervous system, moving from ‘survival’ to our natural resting state.

Improve Brain Function

Enhance brainwave activity for presence, focus, perception, creativity & connection.

Generate Positivity

Produce more of the ‘happy hormones’ seratonin, dopamine, oxytocin & endorphins.

Boost Immunity

Regulate immune system, stimulate lymphatic system & filter the air for bacteria & viruses.

Relieve Tension

Activate & release muscles & tissues via the mechanics & energetics of the breath cycle.

Balance Systems

Support homeostatic processes for physiological & psychological harmony and coherence.

Detoxify

Eliminate toxins via the lungs and regulate digestion via massaging effect of the diaphragm.

“Every breathing technique or method that was ever described – no matter how different they may seem – works on the same core principles of physiology, anatomy, biochemistry and energy. With this knowledge we can connect the dots between ancient practice, modern science, human performance, personal healing and expansion of consciousness.”

— Kasper van der Meulen

What People are Saying

“Luke was able to help me through every emotion - I felt I trust him completely whilst finding myself extremely vulnerable. I was in absolute awe of the sort of confidence, empathy and inner strength that he possessed and was able to share.”

— Ekaterina, Lawyer

“Luke goes right to the core and holds space with such openness and unconditional love. He gives of himself so genuinely, bringing to the session his strength and vulnerability. He heals with all his skills but above all with his intuition, an open heart and a bright soul - and this is where the magic happens.”

— Sophie, Screenwriter

I started working with Luke as part of my PTSD recovery. I have had therapy over many years and been sober 19 years but had never addressed my childhood trauma. I will remember my first session for the rest of my life. Quite literally life-changing. It's difficult to put into words the change but as we had subsequent sessions, my relationships improved, my childhood memories softened and I became more open and approachable. Luke is an amazing soul. Intuitive, respectful, talented, loving, insightful and experienced. He has an enormous capacity to hold space for his clients and I will be forever grateful we met.

— Angus, Photographer

“All I can say is there are certain people in this world that truly know what it is to harness a gift and pay it forward through their passion, dedication and continued work in that chosen path... Luke is one of them. I entered the session with no expectation and came away overwhelmed with love, openness and the most beautiful release of blocked energy... it really was amazing. I have a feeling I’ll be sleeping on Cloud 9 tonight!”

— Emily, Hair Stylist

“Wow. Everybody needs this in their lives!”

— James, Fund Manager

“The primary nature of every human being is to be open to life and love. Being guarded, armoured, distrustful and enclosed is second nature in our culture. It is the means we adopt to protect ourselves from being hurt, but when such attitudes become characterological or structured in the personality, they constitute a greater crippling than the one originally suffered.”

— Alexander Lowen, ‘Bioenergetics’

“That 30 pounds of air that passes through our lungs every day and that 1.7 pounds of oxygen our cells consume is as important as what we eat or how much we exercise. Breathing is the missing pillar of health.”

— James Nestor
