Luke & Kat invite you to discover the power of your breath as the ultimate tool for physical, emotional & psychological wellbeing.

Our bodies have an innate ability to keep us in balance, but various conditions and events in our lives (such as stress or unresolved 'trauma') can cause them to contract, restricting their ability to perform these vital functions. This can lead to a lack of energy, focus or feeling, emotional dysfunction, and a host of physical illnesses and disease.

The Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS®) system is based on an observation of how tension is held and distributed in the body-mind structure. It is designed to break through layers of body armouring, leading to the release of energetic, emotional, muscular and biochemical blockages. We use a combination of deep connected breathing, movement, touch & bodywork, sound, meditation, and conscious emotional release to open up the system step by step with awareness, with the aim of bringing our bodily systems back into equilibrium and recovering our natural brightness, peace and ease.
