A first collaboration with longtime friend and wonderyogi Emily Roberti - and my first in person group in a little while. Emily’s yoga is intuitive and heartful. She will guide you through movement to help anchor you into your body, and prepare you for a powerful Biodynamic Breathwork session led by Luke.
On this journey we’ll explore what’s going on under the surface, building up charge via the breath, allowing us to observe underlying stresses in the subconscious body-mind. The objects of our observation can take many forms - feelings, sensations, visions, memories. We’ll work through whatever comes up with the help of sound, bodywork & movement. And if we’re lucky we get a bit of peace & quiet from the chatter of our busy minds.
