Estelle Manor | Yoga & Biodynamic Breathwork
Please join Emily and Luke for an evening of personal exploration and release. Emily will guide you through some intuitive yoga/movement to help you anchor into your body and prepare you for a powerful biodynamic breathwork session led by Luke. We'll be exploring what's going on under the surface; building up charge via the breath, observing underlying stresses & emotions in the subconscious body-mind and working through them with the support of sound & vibration, bodywork & bioenergetic release methods - leading to a fullness of heart, soundness of mind & lightness of being.
This type of breathwork is not suitable for people with the following conditions: cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurisms, epilepsy, severe psychiatric symptoms, osteoporosis, glaucoma. It is also not suitable for pregnant women.
Noisily Festival | Biodynamic Breathwork
Biodynamic Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique that has the possibility of bringing about profound healing by opening up the mind and body. It can help to relieve physical and emotional tension, as well as reduce anxiety, boost your immune system, support better quality sleep and deeper lung capacity.
It can help to release past trauma and blocked emotions held in the body and allow us to access higher states of consciousness, switching off the default mode of thinking and repetitive patterns that go on in the brain. Biodynamic Breathwork is an open mouth, continuous breathing practice, with an active inhalation and a passive exhalation.
VERDEN | Wellness Workshop
Start the new year refreshed and restored at our wellness workshop, featuring an energy-boosting Pilates class, breathwork session, and a nourishing brunch.
Breathwork led by Luke McSwiney, this grounding session includes a brief introduction to mindful breathing, followed by gentle guidance through four breathing techniques on the VERDEN breath app — connect, relax, sleep and balance.
Breathe to Relieve

Emily will be guiding you through some intuitive movement to help anchor into your body in preparation for a powerful Biodynamic Breathwork session. We’ll explore what’s going on under the surface, building up charge via the breath, allowing us to observe underlying stresses in the subconscious body-mind, moving through them with the support of sound, bodywork & bioenergetic release methods.
BBTR is a safe & accessible way to experience alternate states of consciousness, dialling down the power of our ego filter (which normally dictates what we perceive and how we interpret it), and letting the body do the talking. It often has a lot to say!
Yoga & Breathwork Journey
A first collaboration with longtime friend and wonderyogi Emily Roberti - and my first in person group in a little while. Emily’s yoga is intuitive and heartful. She will guide you through movement to help anchor you into your body, and prepare you for a powerful Biodynamic Breathwork session led by Luke.
On this journey we’ll explore what’s going on under the surface, building up charge via the breath, allowing us to observe underlying stresses in the subconscious body-mind. The objects of our observation can take many forms - feelings, sensations, visions, memories. We’ll work through whatever comes up with the help of sound, bodywork & movement. And if we’re lucky we get a bit of peace & quiet from the chatter of our busy minds.
Breathpod | Biodynamic Breathing Workshop
Breathpod is back to help you charge up, let go & connect to your highest state of consciousness. This month we are so very excited to welcome Breathpod brother Luke McSwiney to lead you through a Biodynamic Breath session – a powerful conscious connected breath in combination with mindful movement & sonic vibration to clear mental, physical, emotional & bioenergetic blockages. Luke is a staple member of the Breathpod facilitation team, he has some serious skills!
This session will help: Open up your breathing mechanism; Reduce Stress; Improve performance, clarity & focus; Increase energy & ease; Enhance creativity; Find perspective & increase awareness; Let go of unhealthy thought patterns; Move on from emotionally overwhelming experiences; Improve the relationship with yourself and others.

Step Into Your Power
Lauren Holmes will be teaching a Kundalini class dedicated to the third chakra and personal power and boundaries in the morning, followed by Biodynamic Breathwork in the afternoon with Luke McSwiney. We round off the day with an epic cacao ceremony dedicated to healing the heart.

Luke & Kat invite you to discover the power of your breath as the ultimate tool for physical, emotional & psychological wellbeing.
Our bodies have an innate ability to keep us in balance, but various conditions and events in our lives (such as stress or unresolved 'trauma') can cause them to contract, restricting their ability to perform these vital functions. This can lead to a lack of energy, focus or feeling, emotional dysfunction, and a host of physical illnesses and disease.
The Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS®) system is based on an observation of how tension is held and distributed in the body-mind structure. It is designed to break through layers of body armouring, leading to the release of energetic, emotional, muscular and biochemical blockages. We use a combination of deep connected breathing, movement, touch & bodywork, sound, meditation, and conscious emotional release to open up the system step by step with awareness, with the aim of bringing our bodily systems back into equilibrium and recovering our natural brightness, peace and ease.
